If SlotsVader does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms in a particular situation, that does not mean the provision has been permanently waived.

A delay in exercising a right does not prevent that right from being exercised later, provided that doing so remains lawful.

If a court or other competent authority determines that one provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated separately to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply unless the removal of the affected provision makes the agreement impossible to operate as intended.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable bonus rules, game rules, responsible gambling provisions and other policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of SlotsVader.

Statements outside these documents do not alter the agreement unless they have been formally incorporated into the applicable terms or are legally binding for another reason.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove a legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
